I liked the way you summarized your point of view in the last paragraph.

There are a few awkward expressions:
"traveling with trains to country business is often a great loss of hours."
"travelling by train to the country on business is often a waste of time."

"is the stiff and straight seats that offer no relaxation for the tired body of my friend in the evenings."

"are the stiff and straight-backed seats that do not allow my friend's tired body to relax in the evenings."
