You have written very convincing details to support your opinion.
However, your first paragraph did not tell us what you planned to do. Your first paragraph indicated that you were going to give us the positive and the negative sides of guided travel. You didn't. You only gave the positive side.
That's fine. Just rewrite your opening paragraph to restate your plan for the essay.
