Although some people prefer to live in a small town, I do prefer to live in a big city.
I was born and grew up in Tokyo, the biggest city in Japan and I basically like energetic and exciting atmosphere.
To begin with, Tokyo, a busiest city in Japan, is my home town. I grew up surrounded by crowds and tall buildings. Because I have spent almost 30 years, quite a long time, in Tokyo, I am very used to living in a big city. It is very natural that people feel comfortable in their home town, and I am not the exception.
Also, a big city is very exciting and energetic. People never get tired there. There are many choices there and people can find their own favorites. I myself enjoy playing arcade games, shopping and watching movies so on. Although I hate doing nothing, it is no doubt that I will never get lost to kill the time in a big city.
Finally, sometimes I like relaxing in a peaceful and quiet place, a small town. However it is almost impossible for me to stay there for more than two days. When I stay in a mall town surrounded by few people, I cannot help feeling lonely. I even sometimes feel scared. Relaxing never beats exciting.
In conclusion, I donft believe that I will be able to live in a small town for good. A big city is the only place for me to live in happily.
