In my personal opinion, there is more need for land to be left in its natural condition than for land to be developed for housing or industry in my country. This is because many natural areas in my country have been destroyed for many years. Therefore, we need to recover it in order to refresh our environment.
There are so many natural areas which have been destroyed because of human activities such as road construction, deforestation, and industrial construction. Nowadays, there are more often Mother Natures happening in my country during last five years. For example, there are three big flooding in some parts of my country in this year. Meanwhile, there are many droughts happening in many areas during the year as well.
I personally think that our ecosystem has been disturbed in various parts of my country due to processes both man-made and natural. For centuries, the ecosystem in my country has remained delicately balanced, and has been responsible for the tremendous biodiversity of my country. Only in recent years has the ecosystem as well as biodiversity in my country been destroyed especially by human activities. In addition, there is so much pollution especially air pollution in all cities. In my point of view, this is the time that we have to protect and cure our environment. Therefore, I need to preserve the natural areas in my country.
In conclusion, a large number of natural areas in my country have been destroyed by human activities. Our ecosystem has been hurt very much for many years. Therefore, we have to start to do something that cures and protects our environment right now.
