Playing a game is fun only when you win. Small children can’t win in their desperate efforts to sink up difficult school matter at that early stage. That’s why the disatvatages of spending time on school studies beforehand are equalling the advatages of understanding the world through playing, making me belive playing is their way.
The first reason in support of my belief is that kids learn better through games than they do by following the strictly defined ways of modern studying. Children often don’t understand the advanced knowledge that’s being offered to them to absorb. This factor irritates the cuddly little things and they react towards it as to a forced good, in that way overthrowing the school method.
Secondly, but not second in meaning at all is the fact that not all small children live in an identical environment, thus developping quite different abilities. This comes to show that the standardized ways of teaching won’t match the ranging intellectual horizons of for example a kid from the United States and his contemporary living thousands of miles away in the deserts of Africa.
In conclusion I would like to once again put myself in support of enhancing childrens formal education by means of entertaining activities. Because it is the way kids feel that defines their attitude toward a particular way of studing. As school studies at that fragile age bring just confusion and abolishment in children’s minds it becomes unsuitable for them. And we cannot let that define their future attitude towards the greatest treasures of all, can we?
