For me, the result of business is the most important thing. Even an inexperienced worker can do as well as an experienced worker, I will hire an experienced worker at higher salary.

If you hire an inexperienced worker, you’ll have to waste time to train him. You need a shorter time to train an experienced worker. Thus you can save your time, that means you can save your money.

Furthermore, a worker who has longer work-time will organize his affairs better than a worker who has shorter work-time. Imagine, when a customer complains about your company’s products, the experienced worker knows how to make him calm. After that he will fix it or change a new one for the customer.

In conclusion, I prefer an experienced worker. Therefore I will hire an experienced worker instead of hiring an inexperienced worker.
