The TOEFL graders will not care whether you take a position as long as you can carefully state your belief why both are important.
Remember the TOEFL Essay is just an essay. You do not have to say what you really believe. You just have to show that you can take a side an write well.
It is easier to take one side.
On your essay below, take some time to review the structure of your sentences. You have some good ideas, but there are grammar mistakes in almost every sentence.

: I think the most important influencial peoples are their friends. Almost everyone meet their friend at school. And that means they spend their time together almost every day. While they spend the time, they talk about their thoughts and future. Also, they influenced from their friend's behavior.
: Young adults influenced from their friend's way of thinking. While they talk about their future or problems or interests, they feel how their friends think. And if it repeated, they will think like their friends even though they don't realize that. For example, one of my friend is very positive persom. She think problems in a useful way and always talk to me about her thought. So, when I failed on my exam, I could think that situation in a positive way like she does.
: Also, young people influenced by seeing how their friends behave. They see lots of habits and gestures when they are together. By doing that, they learn what they saw unsonsciously, and after some time they act like that person. For instance, I have a habit that put my hand on my mouth when I laugh. Now, a friend of mine put her hand on her mouth when she laugh.
: Young adults spend their time with their friends at school and after school for studies and activities. That's why they influence to their friends and influenced from their friends.
