If I must select a person to teach others to do a job, then in my opinion, such a person must have a good education and also good work experience. Training someone to do a job is an important work. I believe that if I have to teach someone to do a job then I, myself should be perfect in it. And to be perfect in any job, good education and good work experience both are of utmost importance.
Good education is a basic necessity for any job. A person should have enough knowledge about that subject if he needs to implement his knowledge in doing a job. And also if he has enough knowledge then only he will be able to judge another person for the same job. So that he has to spent less time training the new employee.
It is also said, that everything cannot be taught. I completely agree with that statement. Experience is also a great teacher. Thus that person should have good experience. Only an experienced person knows how to tackle peer pressure without getting nervous. Experience will not only help him in work but it will also help him to know varied human natures. He will know how to tackle various kinds of people. Thus while teaching other peoples their job, he will adjust his way of instructing according to the employer's nature. For example, if he knows that the employer is short-tempered then he will instruct him in a little mild way. And if he knows that a particular employer is lazy, in that case he will have to use his sharp tongue to make him do the job. All this skills are of great importance for a good trainer.
Thus a good education and good work experience will not only make a person the best trainer but also a better person. And the best trainer will definitely choose best employers for the company, which will certainly help the company. And if I am the owner of that company then company's profit is my first interest.
