There are many ways for a person to stay healthy and I believe that we should use at least several of them. I myself have always tried to do things which keep my organism from diseases.
Firstly, I stand by the idea that training some kind of sport is very useful and healthy for the whole body and organism. I go for sports periodically and that’s why I am always in good physical shape and rarely suffer from diseases. For example, when I was a baby I suffered from different illnesses every year but when I began to go for sports my health improved and I haven’t been ill since then.
Secondly, I never forget to take vitamins every morning. They are very important for my health especially in winter when there is lack of natural sources of vitamins such as fruits and vegetables. For example, my mother told me that if we want to take enough vitamins for our organism only by food we should eat at least two kilos of fruits per day. That’s why I always support my health with artificial vitamins.
Thirdly, I try to protect my body by wearing warm clothes and when I go outside I always care what the weather is like. It is very important because cold temperatures improve the conditions for viruses and if we don’t wear warm clothes they develop very quickly in our organisms. For instance, last year it happened that I couldn’t find my jacket and I went to school without it. It was very cold and it was raining and on the next day I got ill.
In conclusion, I would say that my health is very good only because of my acts. I’ve always tried to keep my organism and that’s why now I am a healthy person who is very rarely ailing.
