Women’s role in the workplace will become pivotal in the future. I strongly support this idea for the following reasons.
Firstly, women have strong will to do the things they want. For ages, women have been discriminated and disregarded in the workplace and even in their own home. But now, the eyes of people on women have changed. People cannot ban or punish women when they want to work, to become politicians like men. In the world where women and men are equal, women now seem to work better than men do. It’s their desire to go to work, to prove that they are equal. We now have woman as presidents, prime minister, managers. It cannot be denied that women soon will play an important role in the workplace in the future.
Women not only have the strong will but also excellent knowledge and skills.
