Put a space between each paragraph/idea to make your essay more clear.

They can arrange their things which they like as their mind.
They can arrange things they like to do.

I think they have some advantages.
Restate your opinion. I think there are advantages to planning.

It needs to be ready for all foods
"It" =hikers
Also it needs some knowledge for
"It" = hikers

It can relieve people's nerver. This
"It" = Planning

Whenever or however these things are done, it completely depends on people moods.
No "it" is needed
