Although some people might think that university students are mature enough to determine whether they attend classes by themselves, I stsongly believe that attending classes as an obligation for all students is still essential because this is beneficial to the students for three main reason.
Initially, It would help them know the scope of any topic they decide to registre.
Understanding an outlook of whatever they study informed by the lecturer would make them learn each subject much faster.Moreover, the lecturer may assist them to clarify some complicated topics and even discuss those with group of the student s by means of brainstroming, one of the good process of learning.
Next, It would be a good opportunity for the students to join learning activities such as group discussion and doing a labouratory work together.As a result , it would enhance a skill in group working and eventually lead to a better relationship among the students.
Finally, It could make the students more enthusiastic. For example, when they sit and listen to the lecturer talking about one topic, they might have a problem in their mind and be eager to figure it out . This could eventually result in proper steps in learning , having a question and then tring to solve it by themselves.
To sum up, in my opinion, I concur that univeristy student should be required to attend class because it would provide them with faster and better understanding each subjects, improving their relationship and enthusiasm.
