I have lived in my house for about 10 years and had a lot of neighbors. Fortunately, my house was built in the village composed of a number of families living together, so I had a good chance to know a variety of neighbors. For my point of view, good nieghbors should have 3 qualities as follows.
Initially, they should be friendly. It is an important factor for someone who has to live nearby. In the first place, it is much easier to be familiar with each other. Importantly, I will always feel warm and cozy whenever I come back from work and meet a friendly nieghbor.
Next, they should be humane. If individual determines the community's benefits as the first priority, the society will live peacefully. Certainly, we will live happily if I and my neighbor try to give help to each other.
Finally, they should be considerate. As a matter of fact, disturbance between the neighbors is inevitable. However, if they know what they do is proper or not, the problem will not occur or at least as less as possible.
To sum up, In my opinion, the ideal neighbor ought to be thoughtful and kind. Besides, they should have a good humanity.
