Planning to use a large amount of money is quite serious matter. However, If I have enough money to purchase house or business I will choose house because of three main reasons.
Firstly, house is one of the essential factors for people's lives. House is the place where I and my family live together; moreover we spend most of our time staying in the house especially on the weekend.In my opinion, good house would bring warm feeling to the family.
Secondly, although business might give me a lot of money, it is so risky that I can't spend a large amount of money in business instead of building my own house. I must give priority to house not business. I strongly believe that I can't work efficiently in the company if the place where my family live doesn't belong to us.
Finally, house is the only one place I can relax and feel cozy after hard working everyday. No matter how hard situation I have to encounter, I believe that I can deal with it as long as I have mental and physical strengths which virtually come from my house.
In summary, I decide to purchase a house because it is necessary and permanent, besides, it also encourage me and give me a mental support .
Note: if possible, please give a score(0-6) because I will take the toefl exam next month.
