¡iTopic 135¡jPeople do many different things to stay healthy. What do you do for good health? Use specific reasons and examplse to support your answer.

A person without a healthy body is like a tree without leaves. Most people
try hard to maintain their health, including me. However, there are so many
different ways for people to achieve their goals. As for me, I have 3 principles
to stay my body healthy.

Firstly, to take more exercises. That is to say, we need to expose ourselves to
the nature. Everytime when I have a break I usually go outdoor with my family
and take exercises. For example, to jog, to play tennis, to play softball, and so on.
During this time we play hard to make our bodies feel tired. Then we enjoy the
feeling of swearing, after that we feel confortable.

Secondly, to eat healthfully. We all know various food can provide us with various
nutrients. Our bodies need different nutrients and all kinds of vitamins to supply
our bodies' needs. If we lack certain kind of nutrient or vitamin. However, our
bodies will feel something wrong. To the worse, our immuse systems become weaker
than usual. Then we will infect the diease more easily.

Thirdly, to keep a regular life. A saying goes "Eeary to bed, early to get up. And
that will make your body more healthier." Indeed, a regular life will make us feel
more engergtic when we are at work. So, Instead of staying up, we should be early to
bed and get up early.

To sum up, I follow these 3 rules to maintain my health. And the most important
thing in my life is nothing but a healthy body. With a healthy body I can do anything
that I want to do. Even if when I grow old.
