Basically,he companies which locate in different regions have different traditions in hiring their employees.For instance,American companies usually hire their employees temporarily wheras Japanese companies normally hire their empolyees for good.If I have my own business,my policy for hiring employees is that I won’t hire them for their entire lives with some rational reasons.
First,if their works are inefficient,it is not indespensible to hire them anymore.Because it will cause the company have less products but more problems.Moreover,the company has to expense some budgets to train these employees and these outlay will become the vital capital of the company.Furthermore,their salaries are the most significant part of the company’s capital.
What’s more,if the company hire them permanently,they don’t attend to work better.Since they know that the company will hire them forever,they work well or badly they still be in the company.
Lastly,with policy that hire employees ever-lasting,the company has only old employees having the opinion and vision.Hiring employees for their entire lives impede the company to recruit external employees which may have different notion that may be able to upgrade the companee.
In conclusion,hiring the employees temporary is able to get rid of the inefficient employees,reduce the cost,motivate them to better their works and have different employees that have a variety of ideas.
