It is said that health is wealth. It is one of the most important elements of our life. People do different things to stay healthy like physical exercises, good food etc. I stay healthy by eating well, doing lots of exercise, leading a well disciplined way of living and getting plenty of sleep.
Eating habit is one of the most important reasons that affect our health. I always eat from all the food groups such as meat, fruits and vegetables, dairy, breads etc so that I get all the proper nutrients required to keep myself fit. Consequently I most often try to avoid junk foods like McDonalds because it may cause stomach disorders like loss of appetite. Consequently it is equally important to eat correct amount of food. I am always conscious that I consume right amount of food so that I may not get fat by eating too much or get underweight by eating too little.
Exercise is as necessary as anything to remain healthy. I normally do enough exercise to remain healthy. I ride my bicycles for five kilometres to work everyday, go for swimming every weekend and I also walk for thirty minutes three times a week.
I also try to keep myself healthy by getting plenty of sleep and leading a disciplined way of living. I try to sleep about 8 hours each night, have a regular schedule for sleep like go to bed at the same time every day and wake up at the same time. Consequently I do not take unnecessary naps during the day that disrupts my night time sleep.
In short I am very healthy because I eat well, exercise everyday and sleep well. People need to have good habits in order to stay healthy.
