People do different things to stay healthy. What do you do for good health? Use specific reasons and examples to support your answer.
Scientifically, a person is said to be healthy when he is undisturbed physically as well as mentally.In this sense, a person seeming all right externally while in disturbed state of mind can't be said a fully healthy person.So, one needs to be fit both physically as well as mentally to stay healthy.There is awise saying'Health is wealth.' It means to earn efficiency, aperson needs to be healthy. Keeping this thought in mind, people do different things to stay healthy6. I try to remain healthy by eating well, doing alots of exercise and getting plenty of sleep.
Eating well is one of the most necessity for one's personal physique. Itry toobtain all sorts of minerals and vitamins by taking food groups like meat, fruits and vegetables, dairy, breads, eggs, butter etc.I keep away junk food like McDonalds even from my thoughts. the junk foods rerduce the advantage of all sorts of other good foods that I eat.I intend on eating correct amounts of food i.e. IU like balanced diet. I avoid eating under or over diet asI don't wish to get underweight or overweight.
Doing lots of exercise is other form of getting healthy. I ride my bicycle to my college everyday as I believe that cycling is one of the easiest and most convenient form of exercise without wasting much time and energy .Apart from this I prefer swimming every weekand for about an hour .This refreshes me from all sorts of stress throughout the week .
Along with these,I try to remain fit by walking for thirty minutes every second day .Doing exercise not only keeps me fit but it also has a very good effect in my digestion .So ,doing exercise is th emost useful way of remaining healthy as far I am concerned .
The above mentioned ways i.e. by eating good food and doing much exercise are mainly for keeping the body fit .But to remain healthy one should be mentallly fi tas well .For this ,I prefer on getting plenty of sleep .Generally I have a regular schedule for about eight hour a day .I intend on avoiding unnessary naps during the day as it disturb night time sleep. So , I prefer sound sleep. This helps me in remaining fit mentally and when I wake up early in the morning , I find myself free from previous day's thought and begin thinking about the new day.
In summary, I am very healthy both physicsally as well as mentally as I eat well exercise much on a regular basis and have a good and sound sleep. So , I strictly intend that peole need to practice good habits in order to stay healthy .Staying healthy counts a lot as health is wealth.
