Hire An Experienced worker
Hiring a worker itself is a very very important and difficult job for the employer. If i were a employer,I would prefer an experienced worker at a high salary.I think this is the best option because he will save my precious time,he will increase the profit of the company, and he really will be an asset to my company.

Time is an important factor for success. If I choose an experienced worker I will not lose my time giving training to the worker and correcting his mistakes.Instead an experienced worker will work independandly and efficiently. So I can cocenterate more on other important productive works. In my office i have a eperienced secretary who is able to do all the paperworks so that I get enough time to look into the customers concerns.

Eventhough I owe him a high salary,an experienced worker will defenitely increase the profit of the company.First thing I will save money on training and second thing my company do the assembling work of a stabilizer unit and it is a chain process. If any one of the emloyees make a mistake in betwen,i have to stop the whole plant.if that happens i will be loosing huge amount of money.on the otherhand an experienced employee will not make any mistakes so often and thus increase the profit of the copany.
To be frank,an experienced worker is an asset to the company. Not only he would have an in and out knowledge of the work but also he would provide the employer a relaxed worryfree atmospere. My father owns a pharmacy and had a inexperienced pharmacist, he couldnt serve the customers in a proper manner. My father was very concerned about that and recently he appointed an experienced pharmacist in the store. What to say, the pharmacy is doing very well now.
All in all,if you would like to save your time, save your money, and lead a peaceful life,i strongly recommend hiring an experienced worker. No doubt about that!
