Although you use the word "declamation" correctly, I would suggest you use "public speaking." This term is more modern and easier to understand.
More suggestions:
1. what a very important skill a person should learn.
Omit: a
"what very important skill..."
2. You said there are other reasons, but you only gave two.
not just because it is the prerequisite for any successful person but also for other reasons.
3. Move the proper nouns next to the word they modify. "people" not "fields".
Thanks to this skill, a lot of people became famous in politics as well as orther fields, such as Fidel Castro, Bill Clinton, Marie Curie, etc.

"In ancient times" or "Long ago..."
