I would review the use of articles. When you read English, pay attention to how "a," "an," and "the" are used.

I think that hiring a well-experience staff
"I think that hiring experienced personnel..."
or
"I think that hiring staff with experience..."
Having a well-experience employee
"Having an experienced employee..."
: Employees with long experiences fits perfectly to this type position..
"Employees with extensive experience fit this type of position perfectly."
or
"Employees with much experience fit perfectly this type of position."
