Save this planet’s trees.
I completely agree with the statement that many parts of the world are losing important natural resources, such as forests, animals, clean water etc. But I think, out of all, the most important and valuable natural resource today is trees-forests. As somebody said, “Trees are our life saver” and it is quite true.
Trees are important in many ways. With trees destruction, we will loose the invaluable medicines that we get from it. In this modern time, people are more attracted towards herbal medicines and why not? Doubtless, herbal medicines are better than those allopathic medicines. Herbal medicines are free from side effect and it gives long lasting relief. But with this deforestation, where will we find these invaluable herbal plants?
Today, in the name modernization, people have forgotten the importance of trees. They have forgotten that with deforestation, they are destroying one another natural resource and that is animal resource. Trees provide housing shelter to so many animals in fact most of the animals. If trees will be cut down, where will these animals go? Today animals like tigers, leopards, lions, elephants and so many other important animals are getting extinct. And these animals are important links of the whole cycle. With them, the whole cycle will be disturbed.
As I said before, “trees are our life saver”. They take up the harmful carbon dioxide and give up life saving oxygen. Today when industries are increasing like population, trees are our only saviour.With deforestation, pollution will increase so much that may be one day it is going to kill us. And then trees are an important part of nitrogen cycle, and if nitrogen cycle is disturbed, it will affect rain.
Thus today people should remember that progress is good but not at the cost of our life.
