There is much controversy whether the most important aspect of a job is the money a person earns. Some people agree it, while others disagree. As far as I am concerned, I believe that the money a person earns is one of the important aspect of a job but not the most important aspect. The argument for this view goes as follows.

In the first place, everyone knows that whether you are interested in the job is very important aspect when you seek a job. For instance, if you hate the mathematic, and hate the program code, how can you do computer science job. Another example, if you love child, love to be a teacher, you will do not care about how much you can earn and be a wonderful teacher.

In the second place, some people go to work just for getting some important experience. Let¡¯s turn our focus on the numerous volunteers. Being volunteers, they do not get any payment for what they do. Why do they still want to spend their time and energy to do those? The evident reason is that they can get the most important experience from what they do.

Admittedly, some of us go to work for the payment. They need the money to pay the rent, the telephone bill, the grocery bill and the loan. So the money is important too.

From what have been discussed above, we can safely draw a conclusion that people go to work not only for the money but also for the interest and experience. Therefore, I agree that the money a person earns is not the most important aspect of a job but is one of the important aspects.
