Todays,Computer technology has more signification in the world and our life.It help us to save the time.For example we can send the letter to your friend living in other country by using Electronic Mail(E-Mail).We can search any data we want by using internet.We are able to buy the commodities from internet.Although from these advantages may make the computer technology necessary,in my country that is a developing country,I think it is less importanat than the basic needs.The government should allot more budget in the public goods.
There is a difference between urban and suburb area.People in the city have better the fundamental service from the government than people in the country have such as electricity,water,education etc.Because of the centralization,the public officer normally perfer to work in the central region.
Moreover,people in the country have too little knowledge to use the computer technology.Most of them normally have a high school degree.It’s impossible that they can use computer. If the government want to improve the computer technology,they have to improve the education first.They should expan the compulsory educational.Furthermore,they sould provide the facilites like school for the poppulation.
Lastly,spending on more basic needs will assist the citizen in the rural area to develop their quality of life.The government sholud better the basic service like road,school,hospital,police station etc.Besides,they should advise about the people’s vocation.Especially,they should promote the agriculture sine most income in this country come from the farming.For instant,they should provide monetary loan that has no interest for the farmers.
In conclusion,some countries,computer is one of the obligatory factors that help to develop country.But in many countries,basic needs are more crucial than computers.The government should provide the fundamental welfare,especially in education,first.
