Everyone wants to be healthy. Good health can make us feel yonger and
more vigorous. Nobody wants to lie on bed or stay at home because of fever, fracture or diarrhea. How can we make ourselves stay healthy? In my opinion, we should focus on diet, exercise and attitude.
Why we should pay attention on our diet? Because diet effect our health.
Nowdays, more and more people are aware of the composition of our daily diet.
For instance,they avoid eating the food which high in calorie and cholesterin.
and insist on eating whole-wheat bread which is helpful in adjusting the blood
sugar of our body.
Another thing we should focus on is exercise. Exercise is good for our metalbolism and helps the bones build density. It also help you maintain your posture. I go hiking with
my friends every week. It is a effective way for relaxing myself and keeping my health.
In addition, attitude is an important part of one's health. Attitude is a small thing but can make big difference. For instance, a person who get cancer, but he never feel sad and be optimistic to overcome the disease. If a pessimitic person faces this situation, the only thing he will do is waiting to die or suicide. He won't keep on trying to conquer the disease.
A opitmistic emotion can make people happier and be ambicious to everything he or she will meet. We should keep our mind as healthy as our body.
As a result, i think it is important for us to keep healthy because health is the only thing which can't be taken away from us. And we have a lot of ways to maintaim our health. Diet, exercise and attitude are three most effective ways to reach the goal.
